Talk.to Data collection
We ask for each live chat users to supply their name, email address and telephone number. This is used as reference, incase the chat closes unexpectedly.
Contact details are stored for 24 months and then deleted. Data is not shared with any third party for advertising purposes.
- Performance cookies
Performance cookies collect aggregated information about how visitors use our website, e.g., which pages visitors go to most often, how long they stay, and whether they get error messages. This information is useful to Specsavers so that we understand how visitors experience our site and it is used to formulate improvements to the website.
