π BridgeVMS Release Notes
A brand-new BridgeVMS release is here stocked with usability upgrades, handy controls, and behind-the-scenes polishing to keep your workflows running smoothly. Letβs dive in π
π¬ Whatβs new?
- Rate Differentials for UK Instances: Time segments just levelled up! UK users can now split timesheets by start/end time per pay type based on the rate times matrix. Enable this at job template level to make time entry more detailed, accurate, and efficient for users, especially when shifts involve multiple pay types.
- New Job Status β βOn holdβ: Press pause without shutting things down. Whether youβre flooded with applicants or waiting on internal decisions, you can now mark a job On Hold to temporarily stop new applications while reviewing existing ones. Find it via the ellipsis menu on any job.
- Better Control Over Qualification Questions: No more losing essential requirements: MSP users can now prevent client users from removing specific qualification questions during job creation.
Apply the rule globally (Site Settings > Qualification Questions) or per Employer if needed.
- Filter Notification Preferences by Client: Too many notifications? Now users can choose which clients they want notifications from. Tailor your inbox via Profile > Notifications.
- Employment Types Updated (UK Instances): CIS Employment just got more specific. Introducing CIS Employment β PAYE and CIS Employment β Sole Trader. These now appear as separate options in candidate profiles to better match industry requirements.
π Fixes & Optimisations:
A little system tidy-up goes a long way:
- Interview workflow freeze β Completed interviews no longer block the workflow. Progress away!
- Net Agency Charge showing Blank (US) β Now displays correctly when MSP fees are paid by the supplier.
- Emergency PO updates β Changing emergency POs now prompts placement updates correctly, and timesheets properly leave PO Outstanding status.
- Other minor adjustments: Tiny but mighty fixes to keep everything running smoothly.
