Data placeholders in notification templates  

We've upgraded our notification templates to offer more flexibility. Now, you can easily incorporate data placeholders directly from the database into your email notifications. To use this feature, simply choose the desired data placeholder from the drop-down menu within the template and copy the placeholder text into your notification template.

Custom Fields (timesheets)

We’ve made further enhancements to our custom fields options within the Employer menu. You can now configure custom fields specifically for timesheets and these fields are reportable, giving you more control and insights.

Direct Engagement candidate submission enhancements

Submitting a direct engagement candidate is now more straightforward than ever. We’ve made indicating the candidate’s engagement type a mandatory fields during the submission process. This enhancement ensures clarity and accuracy in the candidate’s submission process, streamlining your workflow.

Candidate profile improvements (documents)

We’ve revamped the document view on candidate profiles by separating document type and file name for a cleaner look. We’ve also rearranged some of the columns to provide a more intuitive user interface.
