The wait is over. This one’s been simmering behind the scenes for a while, and it’s finally here. Massive upgrades, long-requested features, and some serious workflow boosts, all landing in one go. Here’s what just dropped 👇
💬 What’s new?
- Global Rate Changes: The feature you’ve been waiting for. 🌟 Process rate changes en masse with our new Global Rate Change module. Adjust rates across job templates, jobs, placements, fees, pay components - you name it. Apply fixed changes, fixed increase/decreases, percentage increases/decreases, or even target ranges (like “boost all rates between X and Y”). - Effective Date Rates: Plan ahead like a pro. 🗓️ Wherever you apply rates - jobs, templates, expenses, Priceworks, fees, taxes - you can now assign effective dates. Separate rate cards for future changes, pre-configured before they kick in. Goodbye last-minute scrambling. - Pay Components (UK Only): We’ve given pay components their own spotlight. ✨ App Levy and Pension have joined the line-up, making your pay breakdowns cleaner and more configurable. For more information on this check out our guide here 👉 How to configure pay components
- Candidate pay override: Sometimes one size doesn’t fit all. Now you can override job template rates for individual candidates tied to banks/float pools or agencies. Extra flexibility, zero fuss.
- Global search function improvements: Finding agency user profiles just got easier. 🔍 Type it in the global search bar and they’ll appear. Yes, that simple.
🐞 Fixes & Optimisations:
All the little (and not-so-little) tweaks that make your life easier:
- Timesheet survey category option – Fixed! Now it actually works as intended.
- Timesheet status corrections – Approved timesheets now update properly. No more stuck “pending” surprises.
- Job cancellations – We’ve made some improvements to cancelling a job where a placement is also attached. Additional notifications are triggered.
- Job history showing job was filled by an agency – Minor partner supplier display quirks? Squashed. Job histories now show accurate filled-by info.
- Behind the scenes – Background tasks got a boost to keep BridgeVMS humming along like clockwork.
This release is a big one! A lot of groundwork laid over months and it sets the stage for even bigger features coming soon.
