Another drop, another set of upgrades to keep your workflows sharp. Here’s what just landed 👇
💬 What’s new?
- Compliance revalidation: No more surprises mid-placement. If a candidate’s docs expire or get updated, they’ll now land in candidates to be revalidated (when compliance validation is switched on). - New timesheet status: When a timesheet is “invoiced” we’ll now mark the timesheet status as invoiced, making it clearer when timesheets have been invoiced to clients. Agency and MSP users can still update timesheets to “processed” and “paid” thereafter.
- Fresh login flow: We’ve made some changes to the login form that you’ll notice when you first access BridgeVMS. First, pop in your email, click next, then password (or SSO redirect if that’s your setup). Cleaner, simpler, smarter.
- Engagement type rules for NI and WTR: Need special NI/WTR values for certain engagement types (like CIS Employment)? You can now set these directly at the category level. Precision, unlocked.
🐞 Fixes & Optimisations:
Here’s what we tidied up:
- Issue log comments – No more weird ordering. Comments now appear in the right sequence.
- Interview scheduler – There were some niggly bugs in the interview scheduler linked to compliance that we’ve squashed.
- Editing job dates – You can now edit the dates on a job without the page getting stuck.
- Candidate status issue with partner supplier functionality – Some candidates were appearing in the wrong status when submitted to a job by an MSP user. Fixed.
- Behind the scenes – We’ve also worked on some background tasks to help keep the platform running smoothly.
