We’ve enhanced our report scheduling functionality to provide greater flexibility and control. Users can now apply filters directly within the scheduling window and adjust the time zone in which the report schedule runs, making report automation more efficient and tailored to your needs. Introducing our new restricted workers feature, an enhancement to the “unable to work” functionality. MSP users can now configure a master list of restricted workers that are tracked throughout the system. If a restricted worker registers with a new agency and attempts to be submitted to a client they were previously restricted from, the system will flag the worker and enable you to configure the formal blocks on their profile when actioning the submission on the job. We’ve made some improvements to the PO functionality that now enables users to assign different PO numbers to placements within the same job. Additionally, we’ve improved the labelling of why a timesheet is listed in the “PO Outstanding” tab within the invoice section, making it easier for MSP users to understand if it’s a new PO number or a budget update required.
We've added the work location name to the location column on the job view page, making it easier to identify the job location. We’ve also added the client name to the job view page for agency users, making it easier for agency users to identify which client the jobs are for.
