We are thrilled to announce that our brand new helpdesk support portal is LIVE!
After much anticipation and hard work, we're delighted to unveil this enhanced platform designed to enhance your support experience to new levels. As we embark on this journey together, we want to ensure you're fully informed and equipped to make the most of our new helpdesk support portal.
In case you missed it, here's a quick recap of what you can expect from our new helpdesk support portal, as outlined in our previous communication:
You should have received an invitation to register to the new helpdesk support portal. If you did, click the links in that email to complete your registration. Alternatively visit https://support.bridgevms.com/home and click on "Register here". Once you’re registered you will be able to unlock seamless ticket raising and access to additional support features via the knowledge base.
Accessing the helpdesk support portal will still be as effortless as ever through the help button on Bridge. However, if you have the old support page URL saved in your favorites, please update it to the new link: Bridge VMS Knowledge Base.
Finding valuable insights and solutions will be easier than ever with our revamped knowledge base accessible through the new URL.
Raising support tickets will remain as easy as ever, with just a slight update to the URL and user interface. You can count on us to be there whenever you need assistance.
Say goodbye to traditional step-by-step PDF guides! Our user-guide articles have undergone a transformation, now featuring interactive click-through guides designed to simplify the navigation of various features.
All current tickets will be migrated to the new portal and handled from there from Monday. If you need to respond to a closed ticket, please raise a new ticket via the new portal starting from Monday.
