Additional billing entities

MSP users can now effortlessly add additional billing entities to their company profile, allowing them to bill clients under their preferred company name. This functionality is particularly beneficial for organizations with multiple entities, simplifying billing processes and enhancing client interactions. Custom Reports

Introducing support for Direct SQL Reports without filters, enabling users to efficiently extract data from the UI. These reports, created and managed by the Bridge Devs, can be requested by customers and can be run instantly and downloaded as CSV or XLSX files on an ad hoc basis. We've pre-installed 8 standard reports for extracting generic client and agency data, offering enhanced data accessibility.

Organization Hierarchy Definition Labels

We've introduced the ability to label organizational hierarchy levels and assign custom IDs to enhance user-friendliness, especially for integration with other platforms. To add new definitions and custom IDs, simply visit the org hierarchy of an existing client and click on the Organization Level tab or view our how to guide: How to configure Organization Hierarchy labels.

Advanced Invoice Filter

Enhancing usability, we've added a new filter within the “timesheets to be invoiced” section, allowing users to filter timesheets based on tax application methods. This additional filter provides greater flexibility and streamlines the invoicing process.

Decade Navigation on DOB Date Picker

To improve user experience, we've incorporated a decade filter on the candidate Date of Birth (DOB) date picker. This enhancement simplifies the process of inputting candidate DOB information, enhancing profile management efficiency.
